Need dinner and lunch in complementry charges and you can add 500-600 additional charges also so that we can feel good to ate

our room was booked a day with full payment , however when we reached the hotel after travelling 300 kilometres , the reception staffs were soo casual saying the rooms are not ready ..which is not acceptable at all , instead of getting the rooms ready they started explaining us the rules which was further more irritating. we were provided with 2 rooms initially and were told the 3rd room would be handed over in 10 mins which never happened and reception staff was not bothered , we had to again visit the reception for follow up and get the room key . overall reception staffs are not worried about customers. no basic amenities in rooms were placed for which we had to follow up . no cleaning of the room the next day .very poor

Very bad hotel with no basic facilities for the cost.. absolutely no value for money paid... will never stay there again...people should avoid.

The room which i booked was suite room but they didn't give us suite room they cooked up a story saying we had cancelled. They have us a non suite room and they didn't even compensate us The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. The room was neat. No complaints. If I didn't have this room cancellation experience would rate it 5

The hotel rooms are good, tidy & well maintained. The complimentary breakfast is too good to miss out on any day. Varieties of items to choose from the buffet. Overall it was a good experience. One can bet on giving a second time.
